Artificial Insemination

Indications for this fertility treatment technique include low sperm quality parameters and the presence of a cervical factor. Certain criteria must be satisfied before proceeding with this method.

The process is straightforward: on the day of ovulation, the male partner provides a semen sample, adhering to specific guidelines.

The semen undergoes laboratory procedures performed by the embryologist. On the same day, the prepared semen sample is gently introduced through the cervix into a small catheter positioned at the top of the uterus. This process may be repeated 4 to 6 times in the subsequent months if the initial attempt is not successful.
